Much of the currently available expert witness training is generic, aimed at engineers, architects, or hospital-based medics, meaning delegates miss out on applying legal concepts to their specific clinical reality.   We have designed a course exclusively for dentists, limited to an intimate group of up to 16 delegates. This allows for invaluable informal discussions, the sharing of personal clinical experiences, and highly interactive workshops.

The training is structured over three comprehensive days covering Report Writing and The Law,  The Role of the Expert in a Dental Claim and Cross-Examination.
