We use a UK based server hosted on Node4 to send and receive e-mails. Information you send to us will be used for the purpose of your enquiry and stored on our server until we have dealt with your query.
We use Transport Layer Security (TLS) to encrypt and protect email traffic in line with industry security standards. If your email service does not support TLS, you should be aware that any emails we send or receive may not be protected in transit.
We will also monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.
The Dental Expert Witness Course offers various services to the public. We have to hold the details of the people who have requested the service in order to provide it. However, we only use these details to provide the service the person has requested and for other closely related purposes. For example, we might use information about people who have requested a website to carry out a survey to find out if they are happy with the level of service they received. When people do subscribe to our services, they can cancel their subscription at any time and are given an easy way of doing this.
Where someone has paid for our services we will keep this information on our accounting system for the required minimum 6 years. This information will be shared with our accountants who will only use for the purpose of preparing our accounts and filing our returns to Companies House and HM Revenue and Customs.
For clients who pay us via credit card the information will be stored on Stripe for the purpose of administering the payment.

The Dental Expert Witness Course reserves the right to make audio and video recordings during the delivery of any Product. Clients agree that by purchasing any Product, these recordings may be used for training and marketing purposes without prior approval by the Clients and without payment to the Clients.
Any terms or words defined in Data Protection Law and used in this clause relating to personal data shall have the meaning set out in Data Protection Law. Where the Provider processes any personal data in relation to this agreement, it does so as a data controller on its own behalf (including in order to comply with its obligations and exercise its rights under this agreement), and shall comply with Data Protection Law in respect of such processing. Where the Customer provides any personal data in relation to this agreement, it warrants that it does so in compliance with Data Protection Law and that the Provider may, under Data Protection Law, process such data as required or anticipated by this agreement, and the Customer shall be responsible for any costs, losses or expenses the Provider incurs or suffers as a result of breach of such warranty.
